Internal Community Manager

Israel - Ramat-Gan · Full-time

About The Position

Elementor’s Internal Employee Community Manager is someone who is extremely passionate about helping our employees achieve their goals and maximize their potential. Your goal will be to empower our employees worldwide as part of the HR team and achieve our OKR of “building the company we want to work for''. By creating an internal community, you will lead and enable employees to come together, grow, develop, and collaborate in four important ways:

  1. Create meaningful connections between employees across the company, increase the level of engagement, boost employee retention, and strengthen talent recruitment. Improve ongoing work processes while emphasizing providing value through daily tasks and beyond. 
  2. Identify and manage sub-communities that promote common, temporary, or long-term organizational goals. These will include various ambassador communities, professional guilds, executive communities, and more.
  3. Promote diversity and inclusion through ERG communities. Encourage a diverse and inclusive organizational culture to enable recruitment and retention of employees from various sectors, genders, and communities who lack equal employment opportunities.
  4. Oversee and lead internal communication; company-employee, employee-employee, and employee-company.

Work Environment

Elementor is the leading website building platform for professionals using WordPress. Our users are web creators - developers, designers, and marketers, who create a new website every 10 seconds. 

Since launching in Israel in 2016, our reach now extends to more than 180 countries, with users building over 8M websites powered by Elementor. Elementor based websites now comprise 5% of all websites (yes, 5%!!!).


  • Work with the rest of the HR team and related stakeholders to develop Elementor’s employee community strategy, aligned with the company’s values and desired culture, and own overall responsibility for its successful execution. 
  • Manage and execute HR communication, including company newsletters, while supporting HR initiatives such as “all hands”, online & in-person events, and more. 
  • Identify and track relevant internal community and stakeholder metrics. 
  • Partner with the company’s community team to ensure alignment of values, culture, and practices, while connecting Elementor’s employees to our user community. 
  • Work closely with senior managers and communicate with company employees.

  • A team player, able to work well with others and manage without authority. 
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt within a growing, dynamic environment. Able to manage and execute multiple projects, displaying problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritize. 
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and innovative with great organizational skills. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience with managing and developing a community.
  • Native English speaker or mother-tongue level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience managing an internal employee community - a plus
  • Additional languages - a plus
