Site Operations Manager - USA

About The Position

Elementor is setting up our Customer Experience office in the US, and the search is on for our Site Operations Manager. As Site Operations Manager, you'll be the "boots on the ground" for our management team. 

You'll be working alongside the T2 director to build the best CX team in North America! 

The position reports to the Company's Director of Global Operations, located in Israel.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of our office, as well as WFH policy
  • All aspects of day to day operations
  • Development of the office, the team, and company culture 
  • Local procurement
  • Budget ownership
  • Writing and implementation of company policies
  • Overseeing IT and security
  • Supporting recruiting, legal, and financial activities
  • Monthly presentations to top management
  • Physical presence in the office is a must (pending COVID-19 guidelines)

Requirements

  • Strong desire to build something new from the ground up
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven team-building experience - a must
  • A self-starter who is curious and keen to learn, with a can-do attitude 
  • Proven operations experience in a hi-tech environment (experience in launching company's operations in the US will be a significant advantage ) 
  • Proven budget ownership experience
  • Excellent administrative skills, including procurement, finance, legal, and HR (familiarity with US regulations - Big advantage) 
  • Highly accountable and dedicated
  • Willing to work across trans-Atlantic time differences
  • Experience in customer support, managing CX/ Tier 2 agents is an asset
  • Experienced in working with top management
