Head of Business Strategy

About The Position

Elementor is looking for a Head of Business Strategy to work alongside the management team to evaluate new business opportunities and create rapid growth.

Business Strategy is a newly-created department at Elementor. As Head of Business Strategy, you will lead our company’s strategic planning process, overseeing foundational research (market mapping, total addressable market, etc.) and directing M&A opportunities.

You will be responsible for shaping and developing our strategy by identifying industry market trends and business opportunities, as well as sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments across all geo-locations.

 You will work with the management team to lead Elementor's business strategy and drive our corporate development initiatives.


  • Build Elementor’s short- and long-term growth strategies to create additional revenue streams.
  • Lead M&A transactions, from sourcing and screening potential acquisition targets to executing deals (due diligence, evaluation, negotiation) and presenting investment recommendations to the company’s management team
  • Drive end-to-end strategic projects to launch new business collaborations and accelerate the growth of existing opportunities
  • Lead high-priority executive-sponsored projects spanning product development, pricing, market sizing, international expansion, conversion strategy, and TAM analysis
  • Drive the complete M&A integration process, including developing and executing integration plans and measuring deal success against deal metrics.
  • Prepare financial and operational analysis on business cases such as build vs buy initiatives
  • Develop acquisition playbooks to streamline the process and help Elementor scale


  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • An outstanding performer with a demonstrated record of achievement at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or in an active M&A corporate development role with a technology focus.
  • Significant experience in leading teams to execute all aspects of business transactions including direct experience in M&A negotiation, execution, and integration
  • Able to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, strategic, and a creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to demonstrate credibility with stakeholders at all levels
