As an Elementor’s Training and Knowledge Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the tasks of our CX Education team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational content, and fostering collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists, including instructional designers, content writers, and multimedia specialists.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on strategic goals.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for automation and tool enhancements to improve team productivity.
- Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives to enhance team performance.
Content Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain content plans and roadmaps, ensuring CX and Elementor goals and objectives are aligned.
- Manage content development sprints and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality educational materials.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years experience in managing a team.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to education, LMS platforms, and authoring tools.- Must
- Experience in creating video-based courses- Must
- Strong understanding of educational design principles, agile practices, and sprint planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address complex challenges.
- Hands-on experience in the technical implementation of educational tools and processes, showcasing proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance team efficiency and educational outcomes.
