Instructional Designer
About The Position
As an Instructional Designer on Elementor's Training and Knowledge team, you will take a leading role in shaping the learning experiences of our global audience. In this role, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), customer experience teams, and product specialists to design and develop engaging training programs, product education content, and interactive tutorials. You will focus on external customer education, helping users get the most value out of Elementor’s powerful web creation tools.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning technical knowledge into impactful learning experiences—using AI tools to create, improve, and track training materials.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality customer-facing training programs, e-learning courses, video tutorials, interactive simulations, and certification paths using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
- Work with Elementor’s support, product, and marketing teams to ensure training content aligns with product updates and strategic priorities.
- Lead the instructional design process — including needs analysis, learning strategy, storyboarding, development, and testing.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve learning content using LMS platforms and other content delivery tools.
- Use learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and iterate on learning solutions.
- Collaborate on localization and scaling efforts to support global audiences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer in a tech, SaaS, or product-focused environment.
- Proven experience in developing educational content for customers, including how-to guides, tutorials, and onboarding resources.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Snagit — required.
- Familiarity with Elementor and the WordPress ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience building or designing websites using Elementor.
- Knowledge of AI tools and how they can support instructional design and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, polished content.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams - Advantage
- Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure learning impact and improve content- Advantage
