Tier 1- Technical Support Technical for Web Creators

About The Position

As Elementor’s Tier 1 support agent, you will serve as the front line to our valued customers. You’ll receive, analyze, and resolve customer requests via our live chat and ticketing system. You will communicate with customers to help them create websites using Elementor and other Elementor products by asking technical and professional questions.

Our work environment is agile, as Elementor’s products and apps are continuously being developed and require ongoing support. You’ll learn about our technology and collaborate with support professionals from around the world to improve the creative process that defines tomorrow’s web.

This is a hybrid position, both in-office (in New Belgrade) and remote.

Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Analyze technical issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and clarity to help customers achieve success.
  • Continuously learn about our new features, tools, and apps in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with team members globally to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical customer support or a call center.
  • Technical Expertise: Previous experience with WordPress and Elementor is mandatory.
  • Technical Expertise: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS & PHP.
  • Skills: Strong ability to understand and resolve complex technical issues through written communication.
  • Organization: Methodical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks well.
  • Language: Excellent or native-level proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Advantage: Passion for empowering the web and web creators.
