As Elementor’s Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of Elementor’s Tier2 Technical Support team in Serbia.
You will manage a resilient and flexible staffing plan, to meet or exceed Elementor's customer SLAs. You will be the main touchpoint for the Tier2 Technical Support team located in Serbia, reporting to the Operations Manager at our HQ in Israel.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the proper management of all facilities and infrastructure of the Serbian site, ensuring its efficient functioning, agents’ wellbeing, and proper use of resources.
As a key leader in Elementor’s customer-facing group, you will collaborate with a global team of professionals to continuously develop and enhance the work experience for Elementor employees’ on a daily basis.
