About The Position

Procurement and Operations are at the heart of ensuring Elementor's continued growth and operational excellence. As a Procurement and Operations Manager at Elementor, you will play a key role in optimizing our procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing facilities and business operations. You will work cross-functionally with finance, legal, IT, and other teams to ensure efficient sourcing, cost management, and seamless business operations. Your role will be critical in supporting Elementor’s fast-paced growth and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement Strategy & Management: Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring service quality.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline procurement processes, improve workflows, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor and optimize procurement budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, legal, and other teams to align procurement and operational decisions with business objectives.
  • Technology & Tools: Implement and manage procurement and operations software and tools to improve data-driven decision-making and tracking.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate procurement and operational risks that may impact business continuity.
  • Office Space Planning & Maintenance: Manage office layouts, seating arrangements, and workspace optimization to ensure a productive work environment. Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
  • Workplace Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Implement and maintain workplace safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement management in a tech company, 
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, or business operations within a tech or high-growth environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in team managment
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships, negotiation, and optimizing procurement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or business operations within a tech or high-growth environment, overseeing office space, maintenance, security, and compliance.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with procurement and facilities management software and data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Knowledge of ERP or procurement management systems.
  • Familiarity with Elementor and WordPress.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
