As Elementor’s Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Elementor’s Tier1 Support center in Sderot, in southern Israel.
You will manage a resilient and flexible staffing plan to meet or exceed Elementor's established customer SLAs. You will be the main touchpoint for the Tier1 Support team located in Sderot, reporting to the Operations Manager at our Ramat Gan HQ.
Additionally, you will manage all facilities and infrastructure of the Sderot site to ensure its efficient functioning, agents’ wellbeing, and proper use of resources.
As a key leader in Elementor’s customer-facing group, you will collaborate with a global team of professionals to continuously develop and enhance the work experience for Elementor employees on a daily basis.
