Site Manager - IL

Israel - Sderot · Full-time · Leader

About The Position

As Elementor’s Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Elementor’s Tier1 Support center in Sderot, in southern Israel.

You will manage a resilient and flexible staffing plan to meet or exceed Elementor's established customer SLAs. You will be the main touchpoint for the Tier1 Support team located in Sderot, reporting to the Operations Manager at our Ramat Gan HQ.

Additionally, you will manage all facilities and infrastructure of the Sderot site to ensure its efficient functioning, agents’ wellbeing, and proper use of resources.

As a key leader in Elementor’s customer-facing group, you will collaborate with a global team of professionals to continuously develop and enhance the work experience for Elementor employees on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leaders and regional management to ensure daily workforce coverage
  • Cooperate closely with IT and Operations at HQ on a daily basis
  • Organize and carry out community activities and events in the southern region.
  • Maintain shift logs and other data records 
  • Assist the management team in planning headcount requirements
  • Manage the site, facilities, infrastructure, and resources

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience (site manager/operations manager, etc.)
  • Previous experience in customer support - an asset
  • Experience managing people, facilities, and operations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding, dynamic environment  
  • Driven to explore new methodologies and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Ability to break down complex issues
  • Self-motivated and accountable when working independently
  • A team player who cultivates a trusting and transparent work culture
