Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with hiring managers to create clear and effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Source talent using diverse channels and advanced tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and more.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and continuously refine strategies.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and targeted campaigns to enhance our employer brand.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Expertise in sourcing top talent using creative, strategic methods and advanced tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment data.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for global communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) – an advantage.
