Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to cultivate a high-performance, agile, and collaborative culture within the R&D teams.
  • Support talent management, workforce planning, and career development to drive innovation and employee growth.
  • Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and development programs tailored to the needs of technical teams.
  • Provide coaching and strategic guidance to managers on leadership, performance management, and team dynamics.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and organizational agility.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role, preferably supporting R&D, engineering, or tech teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
  • Experience working in tech-driven environments with fast-paced, dynamic structures.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
