We’re seeking for an Organizational Development and Learning Director to join our amazing Human Resources Department!

Responsibilities

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Lead and implement our desired organizational culture.
  • Implement organizational design methodologies and best practices such as talent management processes, employees’ engagement sensing mechanisms, succession planning, workforce planning, improvement of critical interfaces, and more
  • Partner with HRBLs (Human resources business leads) to oversee leadership development efforts across all departments and across all managerial layers, including developing and implementing managerial tools, routines, and best practices
  • Lead change management best practices and support the leaders and the HRBLs to lead change effectively
  • Partner with the TA (Talent acquisition team) to map out and build the infrastructure for internal mobility, promotions and career development

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Implement periodic learning needs analysis processes
  • Develop a learning strategy and an annual work plan to support the business 
  • Implement an LMS (learning management system) and learning routines
  • Lead implementation of a learning-organization culture

 

Requirements

  • At least 7-8 years of experience in the field of learning and organizational development 
  • Deep knowledge of organizational development and learning best practices with a successful track record of creating and implementing organizational plans
  • Global experience
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience with the High-Tech industry, preferably with Startups / Medium sized companies - an advantage
  • Familiarity with learning management systems - an advantage
