Responsibilities

  • Member of the unit's management and leadership
  • cross-organizational responsibility on a specific HR topic
  • Initiate strategic business plans and drive execution to ensure the units meet both business and HR-related targets
  • Act as a focal point for managers and employees
  • Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business and communication efficiency
  • Support our CX ( customer experience ) department
  • Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement 
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP with a startup company
  • 3 years of experience in consulting and coaching managers
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders including senior leaders
  • Experience with the rapid and complex changing work environment
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • Flexibility, fantastic communication skills, and huge amounts of drive
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated & strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of Hebrew and English
