Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and implement a global total rewards strategy, including salary structures, incentive plans for various populations, compensation plans, global benefits, and equity plans.
  • Track & analyze market trends and relevant benchmarks to keep our programs up to date, competitive with the market, and compliant with regulations.
  • Collaborate with leaders and relevant partners (HR, Finance, Legal) on strategies that support organization’s optimization, employee retention and business goals’ achievement.
  • Analyze compensation data and create strategic recommendations for senior leadership on compensation and benefits metrics, trends, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years in a C&B Director or similar role, with experience in managing complex compensation and benefits programs.
  • Expertise in compensation practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems, job evaluation methods, and HRIS platforms.
