Internal Community Manager

About The Position

Elementor’s Internal Employee Community Manager is extremely passionate about helping our employees achieve their goals and maximize their potential. With the ability to help Elementor OKRs “build the company we want to work for”, as part of the HR team, your goal is to empower our worldwide employees. By creating an Internal community, you are leading and enabling employees to come together, grow, develop, and collaborate in four important aspects:

  1. Aim to create meaningful connections between employees cross-company, increase the level of engagement, employee retention,  strengthen talent recruitment, improve ongoing work processes while putting an emphasis on providing value through and beyond everyday work. 
  2. Identify & manage sub-communities that promote common, temporary, or long-term organizational goals. For example; various ambassador communities, professional guildes , executive communities, and more.
  3. Promote diversity and inclusion of ERG communities: Promote a diverse and inclusive organizational culture that will enable the recruitment and retention of employees from various sectors, genders, and communities that do not receive equal opportunities in the employment market.
  4. Oversee and lead internal communication; company-employee, employee-employee and employee-company.


  • Work with the HR team and related stakeholders to develop Elementor’s employee community strategy, following the company’s values and desired culture, and then own the overall responsibility for the successful execution. 
  • Manage and execute HR communications methods, including our company newsletters, while supporting the HR team’s internal and external initiatives such as “all hands”, online & in-person events and more. 
  • Identify and track relevant Internal community and stakeholders metrics. 
  • Partner with the company community team to ensure alignment of values, culture and practices, while connecting Elementor’s employees to our user community, as we are one community. 
  • Work closely with senior managers and engage in ongoing communication with company employees.

  • A team player, able to work with others and manage without authority. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic environment. Managing and executing multiple projects, while having problem solving skills and ability to prioritise. 
  • Highly motivated, energetic and innovative while possessing organization skills. 
  • A minimum of 2-year experience with managing and developing a community.
  • Native English speaker or mother tongue level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
