About The Position

Elementor is the leading website creation platform for WordPress, and our Apps team is building the operational layer that turns it into a complete site-building suite. The Product Marketing team operates at the heart of the organization, bridging product, users, and market.

We are looking for more than a marketer. We need a voice for our products.

You are a creative storyteller and educator who can build authority, clarity, and demand around our apps – including Image Optimizer, Site Mailer, Web Accessibility, and upcoming plugins. You understand that users don’t just buy tools; they buy solutions to real problems, discovered through usage, education, and trust.

In this role, you’ll combine Product-Led Growth (PLG) thinking with deep user understanding to increase awareness, adoption, and upgrades through seamless integration with the Elementor editor, strong messaging, and authentic community presence.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic awareness & thought leadership: Own the narrative and value proposition of each product for external markets. you will establish our products as the gold standard for site operations through high-authority education, positioning, and storytelling that resonates with both individual creators and agencies.
  • Hands-on user discovery: You will conduct user interviews and engage in deep-dive sessions to uncover the workflows and pain points that define our product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • Inbound product influence: Translate your qualitative research and community insights into actionable requirements for the product team. You will ensure that user pains found "in the wild" directly influence our roadmap to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Growth & PLG execution: Support Product-Led Growth initiatives that surface product value inside the Elementor editor. Help shape discovery, activation, and upgrade moments that move users from first value to deeper adoption and subscriptions.
  • Go-To-Market execution: Plan and execute launches and major updates, including positioning, messaging, and campaign assets that clearly communicate value and drive adoption and upgrades.
  • Messaging mastery across channels: Craft clear, compelling messaging across product surfaces, web pages, lifecycle emails, and campaigns. Ensure consistency while adapting narratives to different user segments and stages.
  • Market and competitive insight: Stay informed on competitors and market trends across web performance, email delivery, and accessibility. Use these insights to sharpen differentiation and refine strategy.
  • Data-driven optimization: Analyze performance across onboarding, engagement, and upgrade funnels. Identify gaps, propose experiments, and iterate on messaging and flows to improve outcomes.
  • Ecosystem awareness: Maintain an understanding of where users learn and make decisions (documentation, forums, industry content), and ensure Elementor’s messaging aligns with how users evaluate solutions

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or software products for professionals, SMBs, or creators. Experience with platforms, plugins, or ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Messaging and positioning expertise: Proven ability to craft clear, effective messaging and positioning that communicates product value across multiple channels and stages of the user journey.
  • PLG understanding: Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth principles and how marketing supports discovery, activation, and upgrades through product experiences.
  • User research mindset: Comfortable conducting user interviews and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into clear marketing direction and recommendations.
  • Analytical thinking: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using metrics, experimentation, and analysis to improve adoption and conversion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Comfortable working closely with product, R&D, growth, and marketing teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Language proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native or near-native).
