Responsibilities

  • Strategic awareness & thought leadership: Own the narrative and value proposition of each product for external markets. you will establish our products as the gold standard for site operations through high-authority education, positioning, and storytelling that resonates with both individual creators and agencies.
  • Hands-on user discovery: Lead the qualitative research engine for the team. You will conduct user interviews and engage in deep-dive sessions to uncover the workflows and pain points that define our product roadmap and marketing strategy.
  • Inbound product influence: Translate your qualitative research and community insights into actionable requirements for the product team. You will ensure that user pains found "in the wild" directly influence our roadmap to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Public presence & education: Serve as the primary "voice" of the product. You will lead the charge in hosting webinars, podcasts, and live demos, and representing the brand at conferences to bridge the gap between technical features and real-world value.
  • Community authority: Cultivate a high-trust presence within professional circles (Reddit, Discord, GitHub). You will move beyond "broadcast marketing" to engage in authentic dialogue, turning community insights into a competitive advantage.
  • Ecosystem positioning & social proof: You will build the credibility of our products through strategic briefs, comparisons, case studies, and community-driven endorsement programs that prove the value of our entire toolset.
  • External growth & distribution: Move beyond linear funnels to build community-led distribution loops. You will identify ways to turn user education and external engagement into a sustainable engine for product awareness and new user adoption.

  • Forum savvy: A deep, native understanding of professional communities like Reddit, Discord, and GitHub.
  • Strategic autonomy: A self-starter who can take a broad vision and execute it with speed and precision without needing constant supervision.
