We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Product Marketing Manager to design user journeys and improve our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in improving user experience, driving growth, and maximizing conversion rates across our digital properties.

As Growth Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our product performance and user journey within the website to drive higher conversion rates. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our product managers, growth teams, designers, developers, and marketers, to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions that will yield measurable improvements in user engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
  • Develop and communicate Elementor’s value proposition through marketing materials, web pages, emails, product screens, and more, to drive feature adoption, success and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product. 
  • Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align marketing initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
  • Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of Elementor’s product to increase awareness and adoption
  • Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
  • Experience with WordPress and Elementor - an advantage
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
