About The Position

As a Marketing Retention Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing the communication program for Elementor users. Your responsibilities will include increasing engagement, customer lifetime value, and driving multiple business growth goals.

In this role, you will create and oversee activities aimed at retaining and nurturing millions of our existing customers, while increasing conversion among free users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and utilize various marketing channels (such as emails, banners, and In-Apps) to ensure user satisfaction and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention journeys and projects aligned with business goals (purchases, upgrades, renewals).
  • Plan the complete workflow based on our current capabilities while identifying requirements for developing new abilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product, platform, store, data, etc.) to implement initiatives that align with our business objectives and enhance our overall performance. Provide insights to improve marketing and product actions to engage customers more effectively.
  • Segment the customer base according to behavior, preferences, product engagement, and demographics in order to customize retention activities for each group.
  • Oversee the primary retention channels, including email, banners, and in-app messages.
  • Routinely analyze customer retention metrics, experiment and analyze customer data, behavior, and feedback to identify opportunities for improving business goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, best practices, and technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in our retention efforts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of domestic and international email compliance laws, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

To succeed in this role:

  • Initiate a high volume of tests in order to learn and to generate more revenue.
  • Have a deep understanding of Braze abilities and our Journeys - end-to-end.
  • Provide operational support of internal teams - being the expert in retention marketing.
  • Data analysis - have the ability to generate meaningful insights from the data.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Retention Marketing position.
  • Proven experience in retention-focused marketing roles, preferably in a Saas company, B2C or tech-related industry.
  • A proven track record of building campaigns driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and needs.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Braze is a plus.
  • Experience with HTML creation is a plus.
  • Experience in website building and design is a plus.
