We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Growth Product Marketing Manager to design user journeys and improve our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in improving user experience, driving growth, and maximizing conversion rates across our digital properties.

As Growth Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our product performance and user journey within the website to drive higher conversion rates. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our product managers, growth teams, designers, developers, and marketers, to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions that will yield measurable improvements in user engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): 

  • Lead CRO efforts by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvements to our product’s funnel across our digital properties, including the website and landing pages.
  • Conduct thorough website audits and user journey analyses to pinpoint conversion bottlenecks and friction points.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize 

Data-driven decision making:

  • Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions and develop hypotheses for CRO experiments.
  • Monitor website analytics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to assess the impact of CRO initiatives.

User experience enhancement:

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to implement user interface improvements and UX enhancements that facilitate smoother conversions.
  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize website content for improved conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword and content gap analysis to ensure alignment with user intent.

SEO and SEM integration:

  • Work closely with SEO and SEM teams to align CRO efforts with organic and paid search strategies, ensuring a seamless user experience from discovery to conversion.


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of proven experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with a focus on conversion rate optimization in B2C/B2B companies. (SaaS experience - an advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and CRO platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices and their impact on conversion
  • Passion for staying up to date on industry trends and CRO best practices
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - a must
