About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing activities, including social media and digital campaigns, advertising, creative projects, and more.

This strategic role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to reach, educate, nurture, and motivate our target audience.

As Head of Marketing, you will plan and strategize our marketing department.

You will manage and build a scalable marketing organizational structure and execute your plan to achieve designated KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan, and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (including events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
  • Align company marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Combine data with common sense to craft user-focused hypergrowth strategies and achieve goals
  • Stay up to date on all changes in the market

Requirements

  • Experience in a senior management marketing role at a B2C/SaaS company with more than $10 million in revenue 
  • Leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally to successfully reach, educate, nurture, and motivate our target audience.
  • Experience owning a product line in a big start-up 
  • Excellent English level - native English speaker or very strong level of proficiency 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Experience in content writing
  • A people person and a data-driven leader
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously
