Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that delivers the brand message and voice, aligns with business objectives and supports marketing initiatives across all channels
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators while establishing content frameworks that ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all formats, from long-form content to microcopy
- Direct the strategic adaptation of core content themes into multiple formats including video scripts, digital campaigns, CRM sequences, and website copy to maximize reach and engagement
- Establish and maintain editorial guidelines, content calendars, and workflow processes to ensure efficient content production and delivery
- Partner with SEO, growth, social media, and performance marketing teams to optimize content for maximum impact and discoverability
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI through data-driven insights
- Define and implement content frameworks to maintain quality and consistency
- Identify opportunities for content repurposing and distribution across multiple channels
- Drive innovative content initiatives that position Elementor as an industry thought leader
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional command of grammar, tone, and nuance required for creating marketing content
Requirements
- 8+ years of content creation and strategy experience, preferably in technology sector
- Proven track record of developing successful content strategies
- Strong understanding of digital journeys, persuasive copywriting and content optimization techniques
- Excellent editorial and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and maintaining content style guides
- Background in managing editorial calendars and content workflows
