DevOps Team Leader

About The Position

Elementor’s data group is looking for an experienced DevOps TL. 

In this key role, you will support the entire Data group and R&D operations by providing automated tools and CI/CD processes. You will also take responsibility for the development environments and large-scale production clusters.

  • Lead and manage DevOps for a critical, high-availability cloud-scale service
  • Oversee all development stages, from design to deployment
  • Continuously improve our infrastructure to make it more secure, scalable, and robust
  • Work closely with each team in our R&D department
  • Apply new technologies for both internal and external services 
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Conduct performance optimization for our workloads



  • 2+ years of broad management experience: individuals, teams, and projects management.
  • Great communication skills.

  • “I can move a mountain” attitude when needed.

Tech Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in DevOps
  • Experience with big data technology stack like Kafka, Spark, Kubernetes, AWS services, Elasticsearch, Airflow, Databricks and more
  • Hands-on experience with Bash, Python
  • Hands-on experience in production environments
  • Experience provisioning tools with modern configuration and deployment management systems (Ansible, Terraform , Docker, Pulumi etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, ArgoCD, and CircleCI
  • DB management - MySQL, RedShift, Presto, Athena, MongoDB, Redis
  • Knowledge and experience with cloud vendors such as GCP/AWS
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes concepts
  • Good interpersonal communication skills 
  • Strong documentation skills - an advantage
  • Experience with the operation of 24/7 highly-available production systems - an advantage
