Conversion Optimization Manager

About The Position

We’re looking for a talented web analyst to join our data team.

You should possess a strong analytical sense and well-developed technical skills to improve our conversion through different user funnels and marketing channels.

You’ll be in charge of our analytics infrastructure, collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide valuable business insights and maximize our success.

If you’re technically oriented with a great understanding of how traffic and audiences are built online, we want you on our team!

  • Work with stakeholders across the company to learn their business needs, including tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports
  • Create and define events for analytics tracking and funnels
  • Analyze user behavior and traffic to provide valuable business insights
  • Monitor and QA daily analytics infrastructure 
  • Streamline and improve workflows



  • At least 2 years of experience in web analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics on a weekly basis
  • A methodological and analytical mindset
  • Experience with at least one of the following data visualization tools: Google Looker Studio, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager on a weekly basis
  • Experience with event-tracking implementation
  • Experience in paid campaign management


  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on technical experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
  • Experience with WordPress and the Elementor plugin
