Responsibilities
- Partner with members of our Product, Engineering, BI, Analysts, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive successful product results
- Lead the data roadmap to support Elementor’s products
- Own the prioritization and execution of data deliverables
- Lead cross-organizational data projects, setting milestones and tracking progress
- Coordinate data engineering and business intelligence projects for timely delivery
- Determine project needs for quarterly planning, and set priorities based on stakeholder input
- Oversee sprints, manage tasks, and foster team communication
- Troubleshoot data and product issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management in R&D or data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for details with superb execution skills
- Experience working with Jira
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with SQL and Tableau - an advantage
- Familiarity with Google Analytics - an advantage
