About The Position


We’re looking for a talented Web Analyst to join our data team.

In this role, you’ll develop and implement CRO strategies and tactics to drive growth through our websites.

You will oversee the tracking, analysis, and optimization of our website to drive business growth.

You’ll be in charge of our Google Analytics infrastructure, collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide valuable business insights and maximize our success.

You should have a strong analytical sense and well-developed technical skills to improve our conversion through different user funnels and marketing channels.

  • Develop and maintain events infrastructure in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and A/B testing tools
  • Collect, process, and analyze data to provide valuable business insights and visualizations using BI tools, such as Looker Studio dashboards or similar
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to collect data on their business needs through tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports
  •  Create and define Google Analytics events for tracking and user funnels
  • Analyze user behavior and traffic to provide valuable business insights

  • Daily monitoring of our analytics infrastructure to streamline and improve workflows


Must haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a web analyst or in similar roles
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics Universal and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience working with Google Tag Manager on a daily basis
  • Experience creating dashboards using analytics tools like Looker Studio or similar
  • Basic experience working with relational databases and using simple SQL for analytics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with members of the engineering, marketing, product, and creative teams
  • Strong project management capabilities – from planning to delivery
  • Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests

Nice to have: 

  • Hands-on technical experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with WordPress and the Elementor plugin
