About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and highly analytical Data Analyst to join our fast-growing company and help us make data-driven decisions for performance optimization.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping Elementor's product and business strategy, defining our KPIs, and identifying business opportunities. 

As a member of the Analytics team in our Data department, you will work across the organization and provide key insights to multiple departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Strategy, CX, and more), helping them refine objectives in order to carry them out.

This position is open to Israel-based applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to derive actionable insights
  • Interpret data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to improve our products and identify and evaluate business growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. 
  • Work cross-functionally to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance product and business performance
  • Develop and maintain visualizations and reports to effectively communicate complex data findings 
  • Share expertise and best practices with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably at an online B2C company
  • Strong proficiency in SQL - a must
  • Experience with at least one of the following visualization tools: Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Looker - a must
  • Experience working with big data tools: Redshift, Databricks, etc. - a must
  • Experience with Google Analytics - an advantage
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver results of analyses clearly and effectively to various stakeholders
  • A highly independent and creative team player who works well with others
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
