- Solve diverse and complex problems of scale, performance, and availability
- Take part in all development aspects, from design to production
- Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of the product’s functionality
- Learn new technologies to accommodate feature development requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with PHP
- At least 2 years of experience working with server-side languages (Node.js / Python / Go)
- Strong proficiency in Linux systems
- Experience with large-scale production environments and micro services architecture
- At least 2 years of experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP), Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD tools
- Production experience with both relational and NoSQL databases at scale
- A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
- Experience developing with Nginx, PHP-FPM, and WordPress ecosystem - a major advantage
- Experience working with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana - an advantage
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP protocol, FW management - an advantage
