About The Position

We are looking for a sharp and highly analytical Product Analyst to join our fast-growing company and help us make data-driven decisions for performance optimization.

As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping Elementor's product and business strategy, defining our KPIs, and identifying business opportunities. 

As a member of the Analytics team in our Data department, you will work across the organization and provide key insights to multiple departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Strategy, CX, and more), helping them focus on what’s important.

This position is located in Israel only.

Responsibilities

  • Work with various managers to learn their business insight needs, including tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports  
  • Act as a bridge between units’ business needs and the BI department, ensuring high-quality execution quality, data integrity of analyzed insights, and reporting deliverables
  • Establish reporting methodologies and cross-department standards 
  • Go beyond the numbers to communicate, influence, support, and execute business decisions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably at an internet company 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver results of analyses clearly and effectively
  • Excellent SQL skills - a must
  • Experience with at least one of the following visualization tools: QlikView, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau - a must
  • Strong Python capabilities - a major advantage
  • Experience working with big data tools: Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, etc. - a must
  • A highly independent and creative team player who works well with others
  • Hands-on technical experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads - an advantage
