QA Automation Team Leader

Israel - Ramat-Gan · Full-time · Leader

About The Position

As Elementor’s QA Automation Team Leader, you will oversee envisioning, building, and maintaining the R&D team’s automation solutions. You will be the technical authority for all aspects of automation within R&D, innovatively and proactively designing automation solutions for tomorrow’s challenges. 

You will report to the Director of Technical Operations and work closely with the company’s R&D and Product leadership.

  • Drive and promote QA Automation standards and principles across the R&D department. Set the technical/architectural tone and keep the pace for automation across different squads 
  • Motivate, encourage invitation, provide constant actionable feedback, and set an example for your team members
  • Provide technical guidance and support for existing automation solutions and strive for continuous improvement 
  • Envision Elementor’s future automation needs while building and implementing the software to address them in the most efficient way possible 
  • Hire new team members and create training programs to ensure quick and meaningful onboarding

  • Collaborator with great communication skills who is gifted at working with others
  • 2+ years of experience as a leader 
  • 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing automation solutions 
  • BSc in Computer Science or related field/technology unit graduate with relevant experience - an advantage 
  • Strong technical skills including design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving
  • Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development
