Technical Writer

Israel - Ramat-Gan · Full-time · Intermediate

About The Position

As a Technical Writer in Elementor's Customer Experience team, you will work closely with our various SMEs and support personnel to create and maintain a single source of truth documenting new features for internal and external audiences. You will oversee producing diverse content types for different stakeholders in the company, as well as for Elementor’s huge client pool.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact Elementor’s documentation strategy and take part in an innovative content management process.

  • Document new features and updates to Elementor’s products.
  • Write release notes.
  • Create canned responses for support tickets.
  • Manage and maintain a structured knowledge base.
  • Write in-depth technical articles.
  • Prepare user-friendly manuals and tutorials.
  • Maintain and update product-related documents.
  • Create and maintain complex flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Obtain in-depth product knowledge by working with technical staff. 
  • Collaborate with support staff to identify customer needs and develop customer-facing content.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Experience in technical writing for software/SaaS products.
  • Tech-savvy and able to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Experience creating English-language customer-facing content.
  • Ability to write to different audiences.
  • Tendency towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to break down and guide others through a technical process.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Transparency, accountability, and an ability to work independently.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer support practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian product suite (Confluence and Jira).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript - an advantage.
