Tier 2 Onboarding Support Associate - APAC

About The Position

Elementor is a growing start-up that provides amazing tools for building websites in WordPress. Elementor maintains an extensive global customer community. Our customer support representatives must all be fluent in English, and be able to clearly express complex technical information to a diverse audience.

Our support staff works 24/7 as we help customers around the world. We are looking for a Support Associate with fluent English who is passionate about helping people. As a Tier 2 Onboarding Support Associate, you will provide a high level of support for existing and future Elementor users.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to support tickets via email or chat
  • Answer pre-sale questions for potential customers and assist them in decisions regarding buying Elementor
  • Assist our Pro users with onboarding, including installation and the activation process
  • Collaborate between back-office and Pro users, and provide accurate information about accounts and billing questions
  • Strive to understand customer needs, and explain solutions in an efficient, personal, and creative manner
  • Solve customer problems in a professional, empathetic, and courteous way

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Superb level of English
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional courtesy and an overall “people person”
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • A team player
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of WordPress - an advantage
  • Experience in sales - an advantage
  • Experience with Elementor - an advantage
