As a Technical Training Specialist in Elementor's support team, you will work closely with various SMEs and support personnel, as well as with other company departments, to create and maintain an in-depth understanding of Elementor's products and services to train our customer support agents. You will oversee professional training for our support agents from onboarding to high-level certification, and be involved in their ongoing improvement. You will create easy-to-understand instructional content, tutorials, and e-learning interactive training deliverables, which will in turn help provide a better customer experience.
You will work with our global team of highly skilled support staff to enhance our team's knowledge and skills in supporting our products and services.
