Technical Training Specialist

Israel - Ramat-Gan · Full-time · Intermediate

About The Position

As a Technical Training Specialist in Elementor's support team, you will work closely with various SMEs and support personnel, as well as with other company departments, to create and maintain an in-depth understanding of Elementor's products and services to train our customer support agents. You will oversee professional training for our support agents from onboarding to high-level certification, and be involved in their ongoing improvement. You will create easy-to-understand instructional content, tutorials, and e-learning interactive training deliverables, which will in turn help provide a better customer experience. 

You will work with our global team of highly skilled support staff to enhance our team's knowledge and skills in supporting our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating training materials
  • Keeping training relevant and up to date
  • Directing and following up with new team members
  • Staying up-to-date with industry changes
  • Ensuring all content complies with company policies and guidelines
  • Overseeing the ongoing professional improvement of support department members
  • Maintaining a database of all training materials
  • Critically examining trainees’ understanding and progress, and making adjustments to the program as needed

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience (industry or military service) as an Instructional Designer, Trainer, or in a similar role - a must
  • Work or educational experience with technical and/or engineering concepts
  • Experience with content creation in English, for a live audience/videos/webinars
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS
  • Working knowledge and proven use of standard methodologies and adult learning theory in training design
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex technical training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Attention to details
  • Tech-savvy and able to understand complex technical concepts

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and Snagit - preferred
  • Experience with learning and content management systems and platforms - preferred
  • Familiarity with technical support concepts
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, or other web building tools
