Pre-Sales Manager

About The Position

We are looking for a strong and passionate pre-sales manager with a proven business orientation. This person will ensure that Elementor delivers the best value proposition according to the prospects' needs and challenges, during the discovery process and throughout the customer life cycle, in order to maximize both revenue generation and user experience from sales opportunities. 

 

This experienced professional will establish the team’s methodologies and streamline our sales processes. As a Pre-sale manager at Elementor, you’ll play a critical role in helping our prospects understand the value of our platform. Using your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies and professionals use website creation platforms, users’ business growth requirements, and objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll be a strategic member of our team, supporting and working closely with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams while managing the sales processes.

Elementor is the leading website creation platform for professionals using WordPress. Our users are web creators - designers, business owners/entrepreneurs, developers and marketers, who create multiple websites on a yearly basis. 

Since launching in Israel in 2016, our reach now extends to more than 180 countries, with users building over 8M websites using Elementor. Elementor based websites now comprise 6% of all websites in the world wide web (yes, 6%!!!).

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all new revenue KPI generated by the pre-sale activity.
  • Driving the day-to-day execution, own all client-facing technical pre-sales and immediate post-sale deployment activities to exceed the business performance targets of Elementor.
  • Growing and developing the team by providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, training, and process improvement. 
  • Planning sales strategies in response to market and competitors’ behavior.
  • You will take part in demo meetings with prospects and will assist in crafting sales pitches and solutions for the sales process.
  • Having a deep understanding of our product's technical capabilities and inner workings. 
  • Working in sync with Marketing and Product Marketing executives and teams to develop sustainable and commercially viable products and account planning to drive sales. 
  • Providing feedback to the product and go-to-market teams on customer feedback and product roadmap.
  • Running effective proof of concepts with customers and drive value during the pilot phase.
  • Constantly improving the pre-sales methodologies, chat sequences, copy and approach.
  • Generating pipeline, opportunities, and sales performance reports and analysis on a monthly basis in cooperation with the marketing team. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales and/or Presale experience in a global organization. 
  • Proven impact on growing revenues (MRR/ARR).
  • 2 years of experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions. 
  • 2 years of experience working with CRM systems and being able to quickly learn new technology and software. 
  • 1+ years of experience in managing at least 2-member teams.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish deep strong personal relationships and credibility with executives and professionals. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • A native English speaker level (a must) and impeccable and effective oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages - a plus. 
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive. 
  • A people person, a team player with a can-do attitude, and passionate about technology, sales, and marketing great products in a creative way.
  • Experience in website building and the WordPress ecosystem - a huge plus.
  • Solution engineering capabilities responding to RFI/RFP’s, project scoping & creating SOWs - a plus.
