VIP Service Manager

About The Position

We are looking for an amazing and experienced VIP Service Manager to join the Customer Experience department. As VIP Service Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor the service we provide to our VIP accounts on a daily basis 
  • Maintain a close relationship with our VIP accounts on a daily basis 
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive account activity and engagement growth
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on account and service status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an account manager, key account manager, technical account manager, or another relevant role at a technology company
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer support 
  • Experience with WordPress/Elementor
