Localization Operations Manager

Israel - Ramat-Gan · Full-time

About The Position

We are looking for a strong and passionate Localization Operations Manager with proven marketing & business experience in localization, international markets expansion, and new country's penetration. This person will lead Elementor’s Go To Market localization plan, will lead the full funnel and 360 localization initiatives, activities and execution to ensure that localization goals and targets as the main growth engine for 2022 (and beyond) are achieved.    

This experienced professional will establish the methodologies and streamline our processes in order to build and orchestrate the continuous content localization and translation infrastructure mechanism flow's design and execution. Lead the implementation of TMS (translation management system) in collaboration with several departments including R&D and Customer Experience. Work closely with Product and Finance teams shaping the roadmap to support local payment methods and local currencies, among other specific needs for targeted markets. Collaborate and share responsibilities as the Marketing advocate with our Business Strategy and Business Operations’ global teams as well as local country managers.  

You’ll be a strategic member of our Marketing Operations team coordinating efforts together with our Brand, Growth, Product Marketing and Design Marketing teams while planning and leading the penetration and execution of Elementor’s internationalization and full localization.

Work Environment

Elementor is the leading website creation platform for professionals using WordPress. Our users are web creators - designers, business owners/entrepreneurs, developers and marketers, who create multiple websites on a yearly basis. 

Since launching in Israel in 2016, our reach now extends to more than 180 countries, with users building over 8M websites using Elementor. Elementor based websites now comprise 6% of all websites in the world wide web (yes, 6%!!!).


  • Accountable for all new revenue KPI generated by localization and penetration activities into new emerging markets under the localization umbrella. 
  • Driving the day-to-day execution and operation of translations internal processes, workflows and needed integrations with Elemento’s platform and systems. 
  • Leading the implementation of new languages throughout the full user funnel and all assets (website, platforms, support materials, customer success content, SEO, etc).
  • Planning and executing Lean Go-To-Market strategic campaigns in new geos.  
  • Continuing deep-dive marketing research into targeted markets (WordPress local economies and communities, Marketing local economies, competitive landscape, market potential, etc.) 
  • Managing, in a matrix framework, all localization-related marketing activities in two levels: 1 - Global Marketing in cooperation with the Brand Marketing team (Community, Events, and PR), Growth, Creative, and Product Marketing. 2 - Local Marketing in cooperation with country managers and the global Business Strategy and Business Operations teams.     
  • Working in cooperation with the Customer Experience department to successfully support users from newly penetrated markets and geos.  
  • Owning all localization product-related specs and working with the Product team in order to ensure a successful and supported expansion.  


  • Minimum 2 years of experience and proven impact as a leader successfully driving organization(s) expansion into new markets through localization and internationalization.
  • 2 years of experience in leading teams of marketers.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce and/or SaaS with an International focus in global organizations. 
  • Proven impact on growing revenues (MRR/ARR).
  • Proven Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies.  
  • Experience working and implementing TMS (translation management system) across organizations and being able to quickly learn new technology and software.  
  • Operation and Project Manager by nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Superb level of English - impeccable and effective oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages - a plus.
  • A people person and team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude and a passion for technology, sales and marketing great products in a creative way. 
  • Experience in website building and the WordPress ecosystem - a huge plus.
