About The Position

As a Senior Technical Writer at Elementor, you will be responsible for documenting new product features and updates, creating a structured knowledge base and producing in-depth technical documentation. You will work closely with our product team and support staff to identify customer needs and create user-friendly manuals, tutorials, and other customer-facing content. In this role, you can contribute to Elementor's documentation strategy and participate in establishing an innovative content management process.

  • Document new features and updates to Elementor’s products
  • Write release notes
  • Create canned responses for support tickets
  • Manage and maintain a structured knowledge base
  • Write in-depth technical articles
  • Maintain and update product-related documents
  • Create and maintain complex flowcharts and diagrams
  • Obtain in-depth product knowledge by working with technical staff 
  • Collaborate with support staff to identify customer needs and develop customer-facing content
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks


  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Deep understanding of Agile development, sprints, and release cycles.
  • Tech-savvy and able to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relations with different stakeholders from different departments.
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and guide others through a technical process.
  • Experience in establishing documentation from scratch, while writing to different audiences.
  • Skilled in knowledge management methodologies, structured authoring, single-sourcing, and more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Experience in customer support practices and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Atlassian product suite (Confluence and Jira)
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript - an advantage
