Responsibilities

  • Lead essential IT & Help desk operations and support efforts, including the configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, security tools, office network, equipment inventory, email systems and meeting rooms
  • Design and manage global office infrastructure implement a fully global helpdesk and IT organization 
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, and integrate automation processes
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
  • Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative

Requirements

Leadership:

  • 2+ years of broad management experience, including individual, team, and project management
  • 4+ years of proven hands-on experience in IT, network administration, or systems administration 
  • Experience with identity and access management services (Okta, etc.) & Proven experience managing Google G-Suite and Microsoft 365 - MUST 
  • Experience with MDM solutions for MacOS and WindowsOS (JumpCloud, Desktop Central, etc.) - MUST
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans
  • Vast experience managing SaaS services (Jira, Slack, Confluence etc.)
  • Hands-on experience and understanding of MacOS & Windows operating systems
  • Strong creative and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent English which will be demonstrated on an ongoing basis by excellent collaboration and communication skills (both written and verbal)
