Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers
- Plan and lead the development of Elementor’s user success journeys, driving our users to succeed in creating their websites
- Plan & build robust and scalable software components, services, and user-facing features
- Stabilize and constantly improve the quality of the product
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Work closely with the Product department as well as other dev teams, architects, QA, support, and business stakeholders
Requirements
Leadership:
- 2+ years of broad management experience: individuals, teams, and projects management
- Team player
- Coach the team & create an enabling environment
- Experience working in complex environments
Tech Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Full- Stack developer- Must.
- 4+ years of proven experience working with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS- Must.
- Experience with API’s and building platforms
- Developed large systems in a complex environment
- Experience with PHP or NodeJS is an advantage.
