We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee the Internal Professional Services (PS) team within the Customer Experience department. This role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team, driving successful project delivery, and fostering collaboration while aligning team efforts with company-wide objectives. You will act as a bridge between technology, customer needs, and internal process improvements, empowering your team to take ownership and deliver high-quality results.
