About The Position

Our CX department is seeking for a Customer Experience Application & Integration Engineer to join the Internal Professional Services team in our Customer Experience department, focusing on creating high-quality applications to improve experience for our customers and agents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, experience with CRM systems, and proficiency in using GTM, AWS, DataGrip, Postman, and GitHub. In this role, you’ll lead development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the delivery of optimal customer experience solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of applications using React, HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP for WordPress.-Must
  • Customize and integrate CRM systems to meet business requirements
  • Implement assets using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Manage AWS services for application data storage and retrieval and database management and manipulation.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by using version control with GitHub.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions inside and outside the CX department.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Full-stack web development.
  • 2+ years of proven experience working with web applications using React and pure JavaScript (ES6+) - Must.
  • Proven experience with WordPress development and customization (PHP)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with AWS services.
  • Knowledge of CRM system customization and integration (Kustomer)
  • Proven track record of overseeing projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team while mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. Simultaneously in agile development methodologies (sprints).

Nice to have:

  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and server-side languages like Node.js.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes 
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Familiarity with AI tools
