As Elementor’s Elementor Specialist, you will be part of our advanced technical response team, working from our on-site call center in Israel.
This is a full-time in-office position (5 days a week), where you’ll provide technical support to our global customer base via phone calls, emails, and chat. You will receive comprehensive technical training in Elementor’s technology and products to help web creators around the world.
You’ll play a key role in triaging (reviewing, analyzing, and resolving) technical issues reported by users, using cutting-edge tools and technologies. This is an advanced-level technical role with room for professional growth and an opportunity to master industry-leading tools and practices.
