Responsibilities

  • Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and oversee the administration of comprehensive programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentive plans for various populations, health and welfare benefits, and equity plans.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Conduct a thorough analysis of compensation and benefits data, evaluating effectiveness and creating strategic recommendations for senior leadership on metrics, trends, and initiatives.
  • HRIS & Systems Management: Lead the administration of compensation systems and HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global C&B strategies.
  • Market Benchmarking: Track and analyze market trends and relevant benchmarks to keep our programs up to date, competitive, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment of compensation programs with organizational policies and business objectives.
  • Process & Budget Management: Support the implementation of total rewards philosophy, including budget management, salary ranges, and the development of internal compensation tools.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-12 years as a C&B Director or in a similar strategic role, with experience managing complex, sophisticated programs.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with HRIS platforms, performance management systems, and job evaluation methods.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Expertise in global compensation practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
