Elementor is seeking a strategic and creative Content Lead to oversee our content strategy and drive meaningful engagement across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional editorial judgment with strategic thinking to create compelling narratives that resonate with our audience while driving brand awareness and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that delivers the brand message and voice, aligns with business objectives and supports marketing initiatives across all channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators while establishing content frameworks that ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all formats, from long-form content to microcopy
  • Direct the strategic adaptation of core content themes into multiple formats including video scripts, digital campaigns, CRM sequences, and website copy to maximize reach and engagement
  • Establish and maintain editorial guidelines, content calendars, and workflow processes to ensure efficient content production and delivery
  • Partner with SEO, growth, social media, and performance marketing teams to optimize content for maximum impact and discoverability
  • Analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI through data-driven insights
  • Define and implement content frameworks to maintain quality and consistency
  • Identify opportunities for content repurposing and distribution across multiple channels
  • Drive innovative content initiatives that position Elementor as an industry thought leader
  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional command of grammar, tone, and nuance required for creating marketing content

Requirements

  • 8+ years of content creation and strategy experience, preferably in technology sector
  • Proven track record of developing successful content strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital journeys, persuasive copywriting and content optimization techniques
  • Excellent editorial and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in developing and maintaining content style guides
  • Background in managing editorial calendars and content workflows
