About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Product - Platform to lead multiple product teams and shape the future of Elementor’s core platform, used by millions of web creators worldwide. This role is about driving strategy, execution, and team growth on a global scale. This role is focused on driving platform strategy, execution, and team growth at a global scale.


As Director of Product – Platform, you’ll lead the entire platform domain, leading the foundational infrastructure, internal tooling, data, and extensibility that power our entire product ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-impact capabilities. Above all, this role requires a deeply data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to guide strategy, track performance, and iterate with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Product Execution: Lead platform initiatives, drive end-to-end product delivery, from concept to launch, with clear goals, smart prioritization, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support product managers. Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and impact. Recruit, retain, and grow top-tier product talent.
  • Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the platform roadmap. Partner with engineering to build the right foundations, capabilities, and APIs that power internal and external products.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with R&D, Data, Marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive execution and go-to-market success.
  • Operational Ownership: Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, UX, and modern product management practices. Own team performance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across the product lifecycle. 
  • Scalability: Design and evolve product processes that support rapid scaling without compromising speed or focus.
  • Innovation & Impact: Champion the development of new platform capabilities and user-facing features that deliver long-term value at scale.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Rely on data, experimentation, and insights to guide prioritization, validate solutions, and continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

  • Leadership: Proven experience as Head of Product, Product Director, or VP Product in tech, managing managers, teams, and complex products.
  • Product Expertise: Over 10 years of hands-on experience in product management, including proficiency in product strategy, UX, and market analysis. Experience leading platform product teams is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable combining strategic leadership with direct involvement in product work, such as defining roadmaps, writing PRDs, or analyzing user feedback when needed.
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with a proactive "I can move a mountain" approach.
  • Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and best practices.
  • Framework Creator: Experience in creating product frameworks and go-to-market strategies is an advantage.
