Full Stack Team Leader
About The Position
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Team Leader to join our team at Elementor. In this role, you’ll lead a team of developers to drive significant impact on our business. As a key member of our engineering department, you’ll help shape our vision and culture, working closely with stakeholders across product, QA/automation, data, DevOps, and other business departments to optimize our KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers
- Plan and lead the development of Elementor’s user success journeys, driving our users to succeed in creating their websites
- Plan and build robust and scalable software components, services, and user-facing features
- Stabilize and continuously improve the quality of the product
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Work closely with the Product department, other developer teams, architects, QA, support, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Leadership Skills: 2+ years of broad management experience leading senior engineering teams in high-growth environments, with a proven track record of developing talent.
- 7+ years of proven expertise in modern full-stack development (Node.js, TypeScript, React) and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience in building and maintaining products end-to-end, from ideation to production, including technical research, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience in leading technically and organizationally complex projects with a strong architectural mindset, with the ability to balance rapid feature delivery with long-term technical health and stability.
- Experience with APIs, building platforms, and developing large systems in a complex environment
- Experience in the WordPress ecosystem - an advantage
